The short version

The tools on this site run in your browser. Your answers, your notes and any message you check stay on your device. We never see them, store them or send them anywhere. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name or email to use the site.

What the tools do with your answers

When you answer the questions in a tool, the result and the 7-day sheet are made on your own phone or computer. When you print or save the sheet as a PDF, that also happens on your device. Closing the page clears your answers, unless you choose to save the PDF yourself.

Tool, result and safety pages carry no advertising and no analytics.

Information collected when you visit

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information needed to deliver pages safely, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising and cookies

Article pages may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Where the law requires your consent (for example in the UK and the European Economic Area), you will be asked before any advertising cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time.

Children

This site is written for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from children.
