A few calm questions, then one week to try
Each tool asks about something real in your home. You leave with one step for tonight, a short reading of what may be behind it, and a 7-day sheet to print. Your answers never leave your phone.
Along the way
What you will find on the journey

If you come back
- Week 1. Try the step and tick the days on your sheet.
- Day 7. Look back with the questions at the end of the sheet.
- Week 2 or 3. Do the same tool again. If the result has moved, you can see it.
- When one thing settles. Take the next tool: often it is the one about you, or about the two of you.
- As your child grows. Move to the next path. A balance that fits a six-year-old will not fit a fourteen-year-old.
What is different here
- No diagnosis. We never label a child or a parent.
- The method is shown. Every result says how it was worked out.
- It says “Not sure yet”. When there is too little to go on, the tool doesn’t guess.
- Fathers too. And parents alone, two homes, grandparents and stepparents.
- Warm and firm. Not gentle-only, not harsh: the hair between them.
- Private by design. Answers stay on your phone. Danger answers point you to a person.
If anyone is in danger right now, call your local emergency number first.
